Covid-19 Catch up funding and Provision
The Government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up. This includes a one-off £650 million catch up premium for 2020-2021 academic year to ensure that schools have the support they need to help all pupils make up for lost teaching time. This equates to £80 per pupil.
Below is the rationale for how we are using our Catch up funding. We have ensured that we have followed the guidance from the EEF (Education Endowment Fund) to formulate our Catch up plan. The EEF guidance can also be found below.
