Poet Visit

We had a very exciting day at school on Monday when we were visited  by the poet Ian Bland. From the minute Ian began performing his poems, the children were mesmerised and there was so much laughter from the get go! Ian visited each class for a workshop and the children produced some fabulous poems, starting at Dormouse class, all the way to Badgers. We are hoping to turn these pieces into a whole school poetry book, so stay tuned! Thank you to Ian for making it such a wonderful day for us all!
