Visit to church

Today we visited church to find out about how a person is welcomed into Christianity. First we made models of our church using our building blocks. We looked at the picture on our sweatshirts to help us. Then, we read our Teddy Horsely story about water and why this is such a special part of the Baptism service. Then we walked down to the church and met Vicar Paul who talked to us about a baptism service. He showed us the font and where a baby is baptised. We recognised the words that he used - Father Son and Holy Spirit because we use those words in our daily worship in school. Thankkyou for showing us inside church and for talking to us about Baptism.
